Seminar on “Building Sustainable Business Models in Vietnam”
10/25/2016 @ 10:00 am
Building sustainable business models in Vietnam is a challenge. The road to sustainability is paved with struggle and hard won victories. But it is important that we are all going into their direction.
Why should we do it? What are the benefits? How to develop a sustainable business model? How to sustain and share it? What is the role of the government vs private sector?
These are questions that will be discussed on 25th October 2016. The Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ho Chi Minh City in partnership with the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organize a seminar on “Building Sustainable Business Models in Vietnam” at Caravelle Hotel, 19-23 Lam Son Square, District 1, HCMC.
The seminar will bring together government officials, international organizations, business leaders to discuss sustainable business models and practical strategies for sustainable growth.
As pioneers in building sustainable business models in Vietnam, FrieslandCampina, Unilever, Heineken, Vingroup and Saigon Tourist will share their first hand insights on their achievements and challenges.
An interactive discussion will enable participants to question and debate with policy-makers, business leaders and representatives of international organizations on how to overcome challenges in developing sustainable businesses.
This seminar is part of the “Tomorrow is Green” campaign initiated by the Embassy and Consulate General of the Netherlands in Vietnam. The campaign calls for joint solutions for a sustainable and prosperous future.
